For everyone using TOVELU
- Terms of Service — the contract: what we provide, what you pay, automatic renewal, cancellation, liability and how disputes are handled.
- Privacy Policy — every category of data we hold, why, who touches it, how long we keep it, and how to get it back or delete it. Includes GDPR, India DPDP, US state law and consumer-health-data disclosures.
- Cookie Policy — every cookie and browser store we use, and how to refuse the ones that are not essential. Analytics and advertising run on this marketing site only — never on the app, the survey or any health screen.
- Cookie settings — change or withdraw your consent at any time. Also serves as our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control for US state privacy laws.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy — the free explore window, the money-back guarantee, statutory withdrawal rights and how to cancel.
- Medical Disclaimer — the most important page on this list. Who must not use TOVELU, what to ask your doctor, the known risks, and when to stop.
- Acceptable Use Policy — what is out of bounds, and how we enforce it.
- Subprocessors — every company that processes data on our behalf, and exactly what each one receives.
- Accessibility Statement — the standard we hold ourselves to, what we have done, and what is still not good enough.
- Security & Responsible Disclosure — how we protect the service, and how to report a vulnerability safely.

How we change these
Material changes are notified by email or in the app before they take effect — 30 days ahead for the Terms of Service and the Affiliate Program Terms. Every page carries its own “last updated” date. Previous versions are available on request from ask@tovelu.store.
