Tovelu Health Technologies Private Limited complies with lawful sovereign requests from recognized judicial authorities and law enforcement agencies. All requests must be supported by valid legal process (such as a formal court order, search warrant, or statutory summons under applicable criminal procedure laws).
Because Tovelu operates on a Local-First Architecture, intimate user meal photographs and live plate camera sessions are NOT retained on remote cloud servers. We cannot produce biological records that do not exist on our infrastructure.
