Earnings Disclaimer

1. The short version

This disclaimer applies to every earnings figure, example, calculator, chart or illustration on tovelu.store, in our application materials, in emails we send about the programs, and in anything an Affiliate Manager shows a prospective recruit. It forms part of the Affiliate Program Terms.

2. About the calculator on our pages

Our Affiliate Manager page includes an interactive calculator. You should understand exactly what it is:

• It is arithmetic on numbers you choose. You pick a creator size, a team size and a posting rate; it multiplies them by a commission rate and shows the product.
• The reach-per-creator and views-per-sale figures behind it are ordinary industry starting assumptions, not TOVELU's measured rates. We say this on the page itself, and we repeat it here.
• TOVELU is an early-stage product. We do not yet have a large enough population of participants to publish a meaningful average or typical result, and we will not invent one. When we have real data, we will publish it, including the unflattering parts.
• Changing the sliders to large numbers produces a large number. That is a property of multiplication, not evidence of what you will earn.

3. No guarantee, and no claim of typical results

TOVELU makes no representation or warranty of any kind that you will earn any amount, recover any cost, or generate any sale. No example is a promise. No figure is typical. No result achieved by anyone else predicts yours. We do not offer a business opportunity, a franchise, a distributorship or an investment; we offer a commission on sales you actually generate.

4. What actually determines your result

Earnings in any affiliate program depend on factors that are almost entirely yours and not ours: the size, engagement and trust of your audience; how relevant a health product is to them; your skill at content and outreach; how consistently you work at it; how many creators you sign and how many of them genuinely post; platform algorithms and policy changes; competition; seasonality; the price and conversion rate of the product; and plain luck. In every affiliate program, a small minority of participants produces most of the results.

5. Your costs and risks

Joining costs nothing — there is no fee, no pack and nothing to buy, ever. But you may choose to spend money on content, tools, software or advertising, and you may not recover it. You are an independent contractor: your time, your costs, your taxes and your business risk are yours alone. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose, and please do not treat this as a substitute for stable income.

6. Forward-looking statements

Statements on our pages about what a program “can” or “could” pay, about growth, or about future demand are forward-looking. They reflect our expectations at the time of writing and are subject to risks, assumptions and changes outside our control — including our own decision to change commission rates, pause a program, or change the product's price, all of which we may do under the Affiliate Program Terms.

7. What you may not tell others

If you recruit or promote, you must never promise, guarantee or imply a level of earnings; never present the calculator as a forecast, a projection or “what you'll make”; never show your own screenshots as typical results without saying plainly that they are not typical; and never suggest the program is passive income, easy, risk-free, or a replacement for a job. When you share any figure, share this disclaimer with it. Breaching this is a serious breach of the Affiliate Program Terms and grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture.
