Section 01 · Applications closing soon
TOVELU is a personal AI health coach that builds a complete keto plan from a person's own answers — you can see it at tovelu.store. We're taking on a small, capped group of Affiliate Managers, and the job is one thing: find health, fitness and wellness creators, bring them onto the TOVELU affiliate program, and make sure they actually post. Every sale a creator you recruited makes pays you 10% — automatically, uncapped, for as long as they keep selling.
You don't promote TOVELU yourself. That's the affiliate role, and it's a separate application. Your entire job is finding the right people and getting them live.
This isn't an open, unlimited signup — it's a capped intake, because the job needs judgment about who to bring in rather than volume. Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive, and they close the moment the intake is full — so applying early is worth more here than a perfect answer. If you have a genuine eye for creators, you're comfortable reaching out to strangers, and you're organised enough to track fifty conversations without dropping one, this is a role built for exactly that skill.
Before you apply, read the two pages your recruits will read: the product at tovelu.store and the offer you'll be pitching at tovelu.store/collab. You cannot recruit for something you haven't looked at, and the creators worth signing will ask you questions the first day.

Section 02 — The basics
What you earn, what you owe, and what counts. Read the definition of "qualified" carefully — every target and every dollar on this page depends on it.
Every affiliate who joins through your recruiting link is tied to you permanently. Each sale they make pays you 10% of it — $26.80 at today's price — automatically, with no cap on team size and no expiry.
Recurring · uncappedA one-time bonus credited to your balance the day your application is approved — before you've recruited anyone.
One-timeA deliberately capped intake, reviewed in the order applications arrive. When the places are filled, this page closes and the next intake won't open for some time.
Filling now10 qualified affiliates in your first 7 days, then 20 qualified affiliates a month after that. These are the core requirement of the role, not a stretch goal — roughly one every day and a half once you're past the first week.
Reviewed against your dashboard, with a conversation before any action.
Weekly payouts to your PayPal address on a fixed day, with your $50 bonus and every override landing in the same balance.
Minimum $100 cleared — under that it rolls to the next Wednesday.
Override is held for 35 days after your affiliate's sale, then becomes payable — because TOVELU carries a money-back guarantee of up to 30 days and paying out early would mean clawing it back.
Pending and cleared are shown separately in your dashboard.
Override is earned on a customer's first payment, not on their next renewal. It's earned on real sales only — never on the act of recruiting someone.
Stated plainly here so it's never a surprise.
Two tiers and it stops: the affiliate who made the sale, and the manager who recruited them. You don't earn on people your recruits later bring in. That's a design decision, not a launch limitation.
Nothing to buy, no pack, no fee, ever.
Your recruiting link points at the affiliate page with your id attached — it explains the whole offer for you, and carries your id into their application automatically. Recruits are pre-qualified, so no approval queue holds up your target.
Live in your dashboard the day you're approved.
Section 03 — Your arithmetic
Pick the size of creator you can realistically sign, set how many of them you'd recruit, and be honest about how many actually post each round. The result is what one promotion across your whole team pays you.
The views figure under each band is what one creator that size typically reaches with one promotion — roughly 30% of their following. Bigger isn't automatically better: smaller creators reply more and convert harder.
Everyone who joined through your link and posted within 48 hours. They stay tied to you permanently.
Stay honest here. In every affiliate program a minority does most of the work — a team where everyone posts every week is not a team most managers have.
That's 6 of your affiliates actually posting in the 10K–50K band, reaching 54,000 people between them, and producing about 27 sales — of which 10% is yours. The $50 bonus lands once, on top, the day you're approved.
This is multiplication, not a forecast. The reach-per-band and views-per-sale figures are ordinary industry starting assumptions — not TOVELU's measured rates. The program is new and we won't invent data to put a bigger number on your screen. Nothing here is a typical result, an average, or a promise: nobody can tell you how many creators you'll sign or how well they'll sell, and in practice team performance is very uneven. Your real numbers appear in your dashboard as your team starts selling, and those are the only ones worth planning around.
Section 04 — Why creators say yes
Your outreach either survives the creator's first two questions — "what's the cut?" and "will my audience hate me for posting this?" — or it doesn't. Here are the six answers you'll be carrying into every conversation.
Most health and wellness programs pay a creator 10–25%. TOVELU pays affiliates 40% — $107.20 a sale — with no tiers to be demoted from and no sliding scale. That number ends the "what's the cut" conversation in your favour immediately.
Your strongest opening line, and it's true.
The joining bonus is credited on approval. It's a small number that does enormous work in outreach: it turns "try this program" into "you're paid to look at it", and it removes the risk the creator is quietly weighing.
Turns a maybe into an application.
The single most common reason a signed affiliate never posts is that making content is work. Here, reels, posts and stories are waiting in their dashboard on day one — so "I don't have time to make something" isn't an excuse you have to overcome.
Directly protects your 48-hour qualification rate.
Ten minutes of questions and a person is looking at their own Day 1 — meals, macros, grocery list — before a card is mentioned. Creators care enormously about not burning trust, and this is the answer to that fear.
Answers "will my followers hate me for this".
Cancellable any time, with a full refund window on the first payment — 30 days on the $268/year plan the funnel leads with, 14 days on the $28/month option. A creator can recommend something their followers can undo — that's a very different ask from a subscription trap.
Removes the reputational risk objection.
Not net-60, not "request a payout", not a $500 threshold. Every Wednesday, $100 minimum. Creators who've been burned by slow affiliate programs notice this line more than any other on the page.
Often the detail that closes a hesitant creator.
Section 05 — From apply to recruiting
This is the actual working method, in order — including the part most managers skip, which is the follow-up that turns a signup into a qualified affiliate.
Your details, your PayPal address, where your access to creators comes from, and your recruiting plan in your own words. That last answer matters more than any follower count — describe the network you actually have.
The bonus is credited to your balance immediately. Your dashboard login comes by email, and your recruiting link is live inside it — one link that carries your id automatically.
Micro-influencers in keto, fitness, midlife health and weight loss (3,000–50,000 followers is the sweet spot — big enough to sell, small enough to reply). Coaches and trainers whose followers already ask them what to eat. Anyone already running affiliate links for supplements or fitness apps. People you've worked with before. Communities you belong to. Write them down before you message anybody.
Open with one specific, recent, true thing about their work. Then the offer in four lines: 40% a sale, $50 to join, PayPal every Wednesday, one ask — post within 48 hours of joining. Then your recruiting link. One follow-up after three days if there's no reply, and never a second one.
Affiliates recruited by a manager are pre-qualified by the application itself — no manual review step sits between them and their dashboard, so nothing holds up your target.
This is the whole job in one line. A signup is worth nothing to either of you; a creator who posts is worth 10% of everything that follows. Check in the day after they join, point them at the ready-made material in their dashboard, and make posting the easiest thing on their to-do list.
Override clears 35 days after each sale and goes out on the next Wednesday once your cleared balance reaches $100. The managers who earn most aren't the ones who recruit hardest — they're the ones whose recruits are still posting in month six.
The application takes about five minutes, and the recruiting link and guidance are live in your dashboard the moment you're approved.

Section 06 — Rules and guidance
You'll be the first contact a creator has with TOVELU, and for many of them the only human one. How you behave in that first message is how the company is judged — so these rules are less about compliance than about not spending our reputation to hit your number.
The 10-in-7-days and 20-a-month figures are the core requirement of the role — we review activity against them, because the intake is capped and those places should be held by people actively recruiting. If your pace consistently falls short we'll reach out first rather than acting without warning.
You're an independent Affiliate Manager, not an employee. Override income is yours to declare and pay tax on where you live, and PayPal handles its own standard reporting where that applies. We can't give tax advice.
If a customer refunds inside the 30-day guarantee, that sale's override is reversed — which is precisely why nothing pays out before the 35-day clearing period ends. It's a hold, not a hurdle.
Section 07 — Recruiting material
An announcement, not a download: Affiliate Managers are sent their recruiting material directly, because it's written for one-to-one conversations rather than posted publicly.
Announcement
It is sent to the email address on your application once you're approved — it isn't attached to this page and there's nothing to request. Approval is the only step between you and the full recruiting kit.
Your recruiting link itself lives in your dashboard alongside your team's numbers, so you can see at a glance who has joined, who has posted, and what has cleared.
Anything the material doesn't cover — a channel you want to try, a creator type you're unsure about, an angle you'd like checked before you send it — write to affiliatemanager@tovelu.store and a person answers.
Section 08 — Everything else
If what you need isn't here, email affiliatemanager@tovelu.store and a person will answer it.
Apply and you'll hear back quickly. The recruiting link is live in your dashboard the moment you're approved, and the guide is in your inbox the same day.
