Section 01 · Applications closing soon

You recruit the creators. You earn 10% of everything they sell.

TOVELU is a personal AI health coach that builds a complete keto plan from a person's own answers — you can see it at tovelu.store. We're taking on a small, capped group of Affiliate Managers, and the job is one thing: find health, fitness and wellness creators, bring them onto the TOVELU affiliate program, and make sure they actually post. Every sale a creator you recruited makes pays you 10% — automatically, uncapped, for as long as they keep selling.

An invitation, not an ad

This isn't an open, unlimited signup — it's a capped intake, because the job needs judgment about who to bring in rather than volume. Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive, and they close the moment the intake is full — so applying early is worth more here than a perfect answer. If you have a genuine eye for creators, you're comfortable reaching out to strangers, and you're organised enough to track fifty conversations without dropping one, this is a role built for exactly that skill.

Before you apply, read the two pages your recruits will read: the product at tovelu.store and the offer you'll be pitching at tovelu.store/collab. You cannot recruit for something you haven't looked at, and the creators worth signing will ask you questions the first day.

Section 02 — The basics

The whole arrangement, on one screen

What you earn, what you owe, and what counts. Read the definition of "qualified" carefully — every target and every dollar on this page depends on it.

10%

Override on every team sale

Every affiliate who joins through your recruiting link is tied to you permanently. Each sale they make pays you 10% of it — $26.80 at today's price — automatically, with no cap on team size and no expiry.

Applications close

A deliberately capped intake, reviewed in the order applications arrive. When the places are filled, this page closes and the next intake won't open for some time.

Filling now

Your recruiting targets

10 qualified affiliates in your first 7 days, then 20 qualified affiliates a month after that. These are the core requirement of the role, not a stretch goal — roughly one every day and a half once you're past the first week.

Reviewed against your dashboard, with a conversation before any action.

Paid every Wednesday

Weekly payouts to your PayPal address on a fixed day, with your $50 bonus and every override landing in the same balance.

Minimum $100 cleared — under that it rolls to the next Wednesday.

35-day clearing period

Override is held for 35 days after your affiliate's sale, then becomes payable — because TOVELU carries a money-back guarantee of up to 30 days and paying out early would mean clawing it back.

Pending and cleared are shown separately in your dashboard.

First payment only

Override is earned on a customer's first payment, not on their next renewal. It's earned on real sales only — never on the act of recruiting someone.

Stated plainly here so it's never a surprise.

No second level

Two tiers and it stops: the affiliate who made the sale, and the manager who recruited them. You don't earn on people your recruits later bring in. That's a design decision, not a launch limitation.

Nothing to buy, no pack, no fee, ever.

One link does everything

Your recruiting link points at the affiliate page with your id attached — it explains the whole offer for you, and carries your id into their application automatically. Recruits are pre-qualified, so no approval queue holds up your target.

Live in your dashboard the day you're approved.

"Qualified" has one precise meaning, and everything hangs on it. An affiliate counts toward your 10-in-7-days and 20-a-month targets only once they have joined through your recruiting link AND posted their first promotional reel, post or story within 48 hours of joining. Someone who signs up and never posts doesn't count toward a target — and doesn't pay you anything either, since 10% of zero sales is zero. Ten who post beat thirty who don't, every time.

Section 03 — Your arithmetic

10% is small. Multiplied across a team, it isn't.

Pick the size of creator you can realistically sign, set how many of them you'd recruit, and be honest about how many actually post each round. The result is what one promotion across your whole team pays you.

The views figure under each band is what one creator that size typically reaches with one promotion — roughly 30% of their following. Bigger isn't automatically better: smaller creators reply more and convert harder.

15

Everyone who joined through your link and posted within 48 hours. They stay tied to you permanently.

40%

Stay honest here. In every affiliate program a minority does most of the work — a team where everyone posts every week is not a team most managers have.

What that pays you
One round of promotion$426
If that repeats weekly, per month$1,844
Over twelve months at that pace$22,127

That's 6 of your affiliates actually posting in the 10K–50K band, reaching 54,000 people between them, and producing about 27 sales — of which 10% is yours. The $50 bonus lands once, on top, the day you're approved.

This is multiplication, not a forecast. The reach-per-band and views-per-sale figures are ordinary industry starting assumptions — not TOVELU's measured rates. The program is new and we won't invent data to put a bigger number on your screen. Nothing here is a typical result, an average, or a promise: nobody can tell you how many creators you'll sign or how well they'll sell, and in practice team performance is very uneven. Your real numbers appear in your dashboard as your team starts selling, and those are the only ones worth planning around.

Section 04 — Why creators say yes

You're recruiting for an offer that argues for itself

Your outreach either survives the creator's first two questions — "what's the cut?" and "will my audience hate me for posting this?" — or it doesn't. Here are the six answers you'll be carrying into every conversation.

40% is at the top of the category

Most health and wellness programs pay a creator 10–25%. TOVELU pays affiliates 40% — $107.20 a sale — with no tiers to be demoted from and no sliding scale. That number ends the "what's the cut" conversation in your favour immediately.

Your strongest opening line, and it's true.

$50 before they've sold anything

The joining bonus is credited on approval. It's a small number that does enormous work in outreach: it turns "try this program" into "you're paid to look at it", and it removes the risk the creator is quietly weighing.

Turns a maybe into an application.

The material is already made

The single most common reason a signed affiliate never posts is that making content is work. Here, reels, posts and stories are waiting in their dashboard on day one — so "I don't have time to make something" isn't an excuse you have to overcome.

Directly protects your 48-hour qualification rate.

Their audience sees a real plan free

Ten minutes of questions and a person is looking at their own Day 1 — meals, macros, grocery list — before a card is mentioned. Creators care enormously about not burning trust, and this is the answer to that fear.

Answers "will my followers hate me for this".

Money-back guarantee

Cancellable any time, with a full refund window on the first payment — 30 days on the $268/year plan the funnel leads with, 14 days on the $28/month option. A creator can recommend something their followers can undo — that's a very different ask from a subscription trap.

Removes the reputational risk objection.

Weekly PayPal payouts

Not net-60, not "request a payout", not a $500 threshold. Every Wednesday, $100 minimum. Creators who've been burned by slow affiliate programs notice this line more than any other on the page.

Often the detail that closes a hesitant creator.

Send them the page, don't retype it. Your recruiting link points at tovelu.store/collab — the affiliate page, which lays out all six of these arguments, the calculator, the rules and the FAQ, with your id attached so the recruit is credited to you. Your message only has to earn the click. The page does the selling, and the product at tovelu.store finishes the job.

Section 06 — Rules and guidance

Recruit like a professional. The rest is easy.

You'll be the first contact a creator has with TOVELU, and for many of them the only human one. How you behave in that first message is how the company is judged — so these rules are less about compliance than about not spending our reputation to hit your number.

Do this

  • Personalise the first line of every message. One specific, recent, true detail about their work. It's the entire difference between outreach and spam.
  • Quote the terms exactly as written here — 40% per sale, $50 on approval, PayPal every Wednesday, first post within 48 hours. Never improve on them to close someone.
  • Send your recruiting link, not a rewrite. The affiliate page answers the questions you'd otherwise answer wrongly, and it tags the recruit to you.
  • Target the fit: health, fitness, wellness, keto, weight loss or an adjacent niche, roughly 3,000+ followers on at least one platform, with a comment section that shows real conversation.
  • Follow up on the 48-hour post. Signing someone is half the job. Getting them live is the half that pays.
  • One follow-up after silence. Never two. A one-word no is a good outcome — thank them and move on.
  • Be clear about who you are: an independent Affiliate Manager working with TOVELU, not an employee of it.
  • Send hard questions to affiliatemanager@tovelu.store instead of guessing on our behalf.

Never do this

  • No mass DMs, no bought contact lists, no unsolicited bulk email. It's the fastest way to lose the position and it poisons the name for every other manager.
  • Never promise earnings. Not "you'll make $2,000 a month", not "most creators earn X". You may state what the program pays per sale; you may not predict what anyone will earn.
  • No medical claims, and don't let a recruit make them either. TOVELU is a meal-planning tool — it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.
  • Don't recruit people who can't post within 48 hours. They won't count toward your target and won't pay you anything — you'd only be inflating a number.
  • Don't invent terms, deadlines or scarcity to close someone. Everything you offer must appear on the affiliate page in writing.
  • No fake or duplicate affiliate accounts, no signing up friends who never intend to post, and no self-referrals. Every one of those is detectable and it ends the position.
  • Never present yourself as TOVELU staff, and don't create accounts, pages or ads in TOVELU's name.
  • No brand bidding in paid search on "TOVELU" or close variants, by you or by anyone you recruit.

Missing your targets

The 10-in-7-days and 20-a-month figures are the core requirement of the role — we review activity against them, because the intake is capped and those places should be held by people actively recruiting. If your pace consistently falls short we'll reach out first rather than acting without warning.

Tax and status

You're an independent Affiliate Manager, not an employee. Override income is yours to declare and pay tax on where you live, and PayPal handles its own standard reporting where that applies. We can't give tax advice.

Refunds and reversals

If a customer refunds inside the 30-day guarantee, that sale's override is reversed — which is precisely why nothing pays out before the 35-day clearing period ends. It's a hold, not a hurdle.

What this is not. There's no second level — you earn on affiliates you personally recruited, never on people they later bring in. There's nothing to buy: no pack, no fee, no membership. And you earn nothing for recruiting itself — only when a recruited affiliate's real customer buys a real product. If you were hoping for a structure that pays on recruitment, this isn't it and it never will be.

Section 07 — Recruiting material

Your outreach material arrives by email

An announcement, not a download: Affiliate Managers are sent their recruiting material directly, because it's written for one-to-one conversations rather than posted publicly.

Announcement

You'll receive your recruiting material by email.

It is sent to the email address on your application once you're approved — it isn't attached to this page and there's nothing to request. Approval is the only step between you and the full recruiting kit.

Your recruiting link itself lives in your dashboard alongside your team's numbers, so you can see at a glance who has joined, who has posted, and what has cleared.

Anything the material doesn't cover — a channel you want to try, a creator type you're unsure about, an angle you'd like checked before you send it — write to affiliatemanager@tovelu.store and a person answers.

What arrives in your inbox

  • The step-by-step recruiting guide — where to look, what to say
  • Outreach scripts for warm, cold and follow-up messages
  • The 48-hour follow-up sequence that turns signups into qualified affiliates
  • Your recruiting link and live team reporting, in your dashboard

Section 08 — Everything else

Straight answers before you apply

If what you need isn't here, email affiliatemanager@tovelu.store and a person will answer it.

$50 once, when you're approved. Then 10% of every sale made by any affiliate you recruited — $26.80 per sale on the $268/year plan — with no cap on team size and no expiry on the relationship. Both land in the same balance and pay out on the same Wednesday.
Two things, both required: they join through your recruiting link, and they post their first promotional reel, post or story within 48 hours of joining. Someone who signs up and never posts counts toward neither your 10-in-7-days target nor your 20-a-month minimum — and since your 10% comes from their sales, they pay you nothing either way.
These are the core requirements of the role, and we review activity against them — the intake is capped and those places should be held by people actively recruiting. If your pace consistently falls short we'll reach out first rather than acting without warning, but sustained shortfall puts the position at risk.
No. Recruiting is the entire job. If you'd also like to promote directly and earn 40% on your own sales, that's the separate affiliate role — read it at tovelu.store/collab and apply there too.
Override is held for 35 days after the sale, then becomes payable. Payouts run every Wednesday to your PayPal address once your cleared balance reaches $100 — below that it rolls to the following Wednesday. The hold exists because TOVELU carries a money-back guarantee of up to 30 days on a customer's first payment: paying out before the refund window closes would mean taking money back from you afterwards.
No. The program is two tiers and stops there: the affiliate who made the sale, and the manager who recruited them. That's a deliberate design decision, not a launch limitation.
No. There's nothing to buy — no starter pack, no fee, no membership. There's no second level, so income can't come from a downline of a downline. And you earn nothing for recruiting itself — only when a recruited affiliate's real customer buys a real product.
Neither. Recruit ten qualified affiliates or a hundred; the override stays 10% on every sale, for as long as they keep selling. Affiliates you recruit are tied to you permanently.
No — commission is earned on a customer's first payment only, for the affiliate and for you. Renewals don't generate new commission. This keeps the arithmetic simple and matches how the program is configured in our affiliate platform.
Creators with roughly 3,000+ followers on at least one platform — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or Facebook — posting in health, fitness, wellness, keto, weight loss or an adjacent niche, with a comment section showing real conversation rather than emoji. 3,000–50,000 is the sweet spot: big enough to sell, small enough to reply to you. Skip anyone who won't post inside 48 hours, and skip bought-follower accounts — they're easy to spot and waste your week.
Automatically. Affiliates who apply through a manager's recruiting link are pre-qualified by the application itself, so no manual review queue sits between them and their dashboard — and nothing holds up your target. That's also why who you bring in matters: you're the review step.
By email, sent to the address on your application once you're approved — the recruiting guide, the outreach scripts and the 48-hour follow-up sequence. Your recruiting link and your team's live numbers are in your dashboard. Anything it doesn't cover, email affiliatemanager@tovelu.store.
Yes — anywhere the creator can be paid by PayPal. Bear in mind TOVELU prices in USD and its plans are built around widely available grocery staples, so audiences in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Western Europe tend to convert most reliably today. Your override is the same wherever the sale happens.
None to join. The recruiting targets are the job's requirement, not a fee, and there's nothing to buy at any point. Your existing team stays yours and keeps paying 10% for as long as they're selling.
Mass DMing or bought contact lists, promising earnings to recruits, medical claims, fake or duplicate affiliate accounts, self-referrals, brand bidding in paid search, and presenting yourself as TOVELU staff. Unpaid commission on illegitimate sales is forfeited — not as a punishment, but because those sales were never real.
A personal AI health coach that builds a complete, portioned keto plan from a person's own answers and rewrites it weekly. Official website: https://tovelu.store. The affiliate offer you'll be pitching is at https://tovelu.store/collab. Walk through both before your first outreach message — your recruits will ask.
A recruit who isn't showing on your team, an override that looks wrong, an outreach angle you want checked first: affiliatemanager@tovelu.store. Not a ticket queue — a person reads it and answers.

The intake closes soon. The creators you sign this month are still paying you next year.
